- The Leading Edge contains four modules, Motivation, Delegation, Performance Appraisal and Team Building
- Business & Service Management the main theme of which is the management of change.

| TEAM WORKING
Edison use a number of diagnostic tools to assess learning needs and produce appropriate development pathways. The Belbin Team Roles model is one such tool that we use for team selection and development. We use Belbin particularly because, in our experience it has a high degree of validity, that is the traits identified can be seen clearly in each individual who takes the assessment. We use the original software produced by BELBIN® and as such we are licensed to carry out Team Role modeling. |
Individuals can log on to conduct a Belbin Team Role profile on-line. Company specific team selection and leadership programmes developed.
