Edison can provide a stimulating environment of challenging and thought provoking simulations and exercises designed to help you manage your team and make it work more effectively. Facilitated by an experienced trainer, the day is a fun way of learning how to create growth and increased performance from within the team.

The event can also be designed for teams who want to learn the best possible way of working together. The emphasis is on the decisions they come to and what they learn. Teams should go away feeling inspired to change their own methods of behaviour.

Edison use a number of diagnostic tools to assess learning needs and produce appropriate development pathways. The Belbin Team Roles model is one such tool that we use for team selection and development. We use Belbin particularly because, in our experience it has a high degree of validity, that is the traits identified can be seen clearly in each individual who takes the assessment. We use the original software produced by BELBIN® and as such we are licensed to carry out Team Role modeling.
