The Introductory Certificate is is an ideal course for you if you have very little experience of project management but would like to get a complete overview of this profession.

It is a two day course and you receive a study guide about 10 days prior to the course start. You need to become quite familiar with the study guide contents and it is recommended that you spend about 10 hours pre-course study. Candidates who have not invested in this pre-course work always wish they had done so when it comes to the actual course. While we have a very high pass rate, sometimes in the high 90's, most candidates find the one hour, sixty question exam, at the end of the second day, a challenging but achievable exercise. The two days of the course are very much looking at the processes, language and structure of managing a project, so a lot of areas are covered. It is really an A to Z of project management in two days.

What is assessed?
Assessment will be through a 60 question, multiple-choice exam taken over one hour. The assessment will cover the principles of project management, including:APM
